What we do

Orbit Developers Ltd engages in the acquisition, development, sale, and management of serviced residential and commercial properties. The company operations span across various aspects of real estate development, such as land identification, project planning, designing, sales and marketing, project execution, property services and estate management. To date, Orbit developers has acquired more than 500 acres, sold approximately 400 serviced plots, 100 plots currently on offer and developed 2 residential and hospitality buildings with more than 30 units.

The company develops every property after detailed and focused market research has been carried out to determine consumer needs and then the project is designed and implemented according to the consumer preferences.
